IBA has allowed additional five years of service as notional to VRS optees in 2000 vide their circular dt 17.08.2009 for revision of pension & arrears.  

Today strike in banking sector on 6th and 7th August 2009 was a grand success. Thousands of the employees in northern region participated in the srike overwhelmly. Employees were demanding imediate settlement of waige revision, second option of pension and compassioniate appointments
