have been received by us from various State Federations and base unions

about the enthusiastic participation of our members in the strike. In most

of the places the normal banking operations were affected.

2. 5 lacs workmen employee covered under this Settlement

3. It will effective November, 2017 to October, 2022

4. Total cost of annual wage revision/increase – Rs. 3385 crores for workmen

5. Officers : Rs. 4513 cr + workmen Rs. 3385 cr – Total wage hike Rs. 7898 cr.

6. It comes to 15% increase on cost of payslip components as on 31-3-2017

We reproduce herein the text of the Circular Jointly issued by AIBEA-NCBE-NOBW-INBEF on the outcome of the discussions with IBA held at Mumbai on 31-10-2020. As would be observed from this joint communication, revised pay scales have been worked out as under.

full-fledged Settlement can be signed at the earliest. A preliminary round of the meeting of the Working Group for Workmen was held on 20 th August, 2020 through virtual mode. IBA was represented by Chairman of the Working Group Shri Rakesh Sharma (MD&CEO, IDBI Bank), Shri S K Kakkar, Sr. Advisory-HRA, IBA and other members of this Small Committee. From our  side, we were represented by the General Secretaries of our four organisation. Since BEFI did not sign the MoU, IBA did not invite them to be part of this Small Working Group.
