Ø      Recruitment of Clerical, Substaff and Armed Guards commensurate with the requirement ,

Ø      Resolution of disputes over some cases of casual sweepers (absorption),

Ø      Absorption of Casual Sweepers engaged between 1st Jan, 2009 and 31/3/2012,

Ø      Grant of preference to the Daily wagers -engaged in permanent posts of Substaff - in the Recruitment,

Ø      Introduction of Petrol Reimbursement scheme to workmen staff,

Ø      Absorption of Canteen Boys etc

Both organisations decided to  show their resentment and protest jointly considering the commonness of the issues AND concerns such as 

- ATTACK ON BILATERALISM,

- CASUAL APPROACH ON MANPOWER PLANNING AND SHORTAGE OF MANPOWER IN ALL CADRES IN BRANCHES ,

- EXPLOITATION OF WORKFORCE,

- RELUCTANCE OVER PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF IR AND MR POLICY,

- CONTEMPTUOUS APPROACH TOWARDS WORKFORCE AND UNIONS ,

- NON IMPLEMENTATION OF UNDERSTANDINGS ON VARIOUS ISSUES 


On the call of AIUBEF(AIBEA) and AIUBOF(AIBOC)  Strike in Chandigarh Circle is going to be held on 6th November 2013.
