AIBEA demanded absorption of temporary employees

All of us are aware that in the recent struggle and strike call, we have demanded adequate recruitments in the Banks and absorption of temporary employees besides opposing outsourcing of the regular jobs in the Banks.
As far as recruitment of clerical staff, the IBA and Banks have expressed the view that higher intake of clerical staff has already begun from this financial year and that Banks are open to recruit more and more staff in ensuing years. We shall follow up the issue in the further rounds of discussions with the IBA. In each Bank we have to follow up this issue.
