In the continuation of our circular 05/2023 dt 01.02.2023 all the comrades are well aware that
during the last Office Bearers Meeting held at Jalandhar on 29th January 2023, it was decided to
hold a conference of our union (UCBEU) on 12th March 2023 and in the CC meeting on 12th
February, 2023 the General Secretary and President informed the house that the venue for the
ensuing Conference will be decided shortly. Accordingly, it has been decided that the venue of the
Conference is DESH BHAGAT YADGAR HALL, ( Vishnu Ganesh pinglay Hall) G.T. ROAD, BMC
CHOWK,JALANDHAR. The venue is centrally located and is just One (1) Km’s from Bus Stand
and Two (2) Km’s from Railway Station and is a popularly known place. Really it is a sacred task
for all of us to make the Conference a grand success as per traditions of our organization. We are
confident that with your utmost faith in organization, we will be able to organize the Conference in
a marvelous way.
Comrades time left at our disposal is very short and a lot of work is to be done in this regard. First
of all we are to mobilize funds for the conference. It is well within your knowledge that our
organization normally does not collect any money from members and well wishers. Only at the
time of the Conference, we resort to collection of money. So it should be an endeavor of all of us
to collect as much funds as we can, so as to enable us to meet the expenses of the Conference.
All the comrades are again requested to remit the funds by 20th Feb 2023 in SB A/C No.
01050100013635. Comrades are crediting the collection in the account but still a very small
amount was received till 10th Feb 2023. It is the moral duty of present office bearers and cc
membersto visit the nearby branches and motivate the comrades for participation in conference
and collection of funds.
Comrades 12th Conference is being held at a crucial juncture when the Govt. policies arein favor
to strengthen the Private Banking Institutions and this vindicates the stand of ourunions who are
advocating for a stronger public Sector. It is the right time we must show the strength of union and
to decide the future with full confidence.
