 As all our unions are by now aware that in the 11th Bipartite Settlement, various improvements have been secured. Amongst these improvements, securing one more Stagnation Increment (9th) is an important achievement because this would help senior employees in senior clerical staff and subordinate staff who are on the verge of their retirement.

 AIBEA commenced its journey in 1946 and we are now in the 75th year of our beloved organisation. During the course of this long arduous journey, improving the economic conditions of the bank employees, securing better wages and secured service conditions have been a constant agenda before AIBEA.

 MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT dated 11th November, 2020 between the Managements of 29 Banks as represented by the Indian Banks’ Association (37 Banks as on 1st November, 2017 and 29 Banks as on date of this Settlement on account of merger of Banks during the period) and their workmen as represented by the All India Bank Employees’ Association,

 We are happy to inform all our unions and members that after a long and protracted negotiations for more than three years and after overcoming many impediments and hurdles, finally, the 11th Bipartite Settlement on revision of wages and improvement in service conditions of bank employees has been signed today with IBA at Mumbai.
