We had already informed our units and members that a broad summary of our demands were submitted to the IBA for
commencing the discussions for the 11th Bipartite Wage Revision Settlement. Subsequently, IBA started the process of
negotiations and a meeting was held on 2-5-2017 when the IBA formed the Negotiating Committee to discuss our demands.
