Through our various circulars we have been apprising our comrades regarding developments in the preparation for our Conference to be held on 12th March 2023. Time left for holding the conference is very short. We are pleased to inform you that preparations for the conference are going on at a satisfactory pace, with the cooperation of all comrades of Jalandhar. Though we have received funds from most of the units , there are still some units which are yet to send collections . We, therefore, advise all staff members who have not remitted any amount towards conference funds, must send the same to Central Office latest by 10th of March 2023.

 All the Office bearers and CC members are advised to visit their area of operation to mobilize comrades for participation in conference and collection of funds as per quota allotted to them. It has been decided to collect amount from our members as per detail given below:

We have decided to collect funds from our members, so that they may have a feeling that they are also contributors to the conference. It must be ensured that funds collected from members must be remitted to the Central Office by 10th March 2023 positively by way of credit to A/c No. 01050100013635. Those Units, are requested to send names, of Delegates/Observers must send the same to us immediately, so as to enable us to complete the preparation for conference. The branch with only a single staff member will be considered as DELEGATE. Branches there the number of members of award Staff members are more than five the two members will consider as DELEGATES. It has been decided in the office bearers meeting that Delegation for the conference will be considered also with the subject the remittance of BPS levy at the time of issuing of delegation cards . It is clear that implementation of programmes , decisions of AIBEA and collection of funds including remittance of levy in time is also a part of discipline and loyalty towards the organization. Proforma to be filled in by the all the award staff members regarding list of delegates/observers is also enclosed and after filling the detail forwarded the said proforma to central office upto 10 th March 2023 positively.

Comrades should finish their breakfast well before time so that we may proceed with the Inaugural Session of the Conference well in time. Comrades, reaching Jalandhar on 11th March 2023, must inform Central Office well in time, so that arrangement of their stay is made. Intimation regarding their arrival on 11th March, 2023, be given to Com. Com.R.K.Walia,Gen. Secretary Mobile No.94172-57738 , Com.
