]]> <![CDATA[Bipartite Talks with IBA on Residual Issues]]> UFBU had given the call for strike on 27 th June, 2022 and in the consequent conciliation meeting held
by the CLC, the IBA agreed to commence the discussions with UFBU and accordingly discussions
were held on 1-7-2022 when the residual issues were taken up for resolution. Another round of
bipartite discussions took place on 23-9-2022 between IBA and 4 Workmen Unions and 4 Officers
organisations respectively. We furnish below the Joint Circular issued by the 4 Workmen Unions on
the details of these discussions.

One more round of Bipartite  Discussions was held between workman unions and IBA today at Mumbai.  IBA was represented by Mr. Rakesh Sharma, (MD of IDBI Bank), Chairman of the Small Negotiating Committee, Mrs. Reeta Kaul, GM, PNB, Mr. S K Suri, GM, Allahabad Bank, Mr. B Rajkumar, Dy. Chief Executive, IBA, Mr. Sanjay Prakash DGM, SBI, Mr S K Kakkar, Sr Advisor-HR, IBA and Mr. KS Chauhan, Sr Vice President, IBA.  We were represented by our five Workman Unions.

    ]]>         <![CDATA[Union's contribution to rebuild the bank before 20 years]]> Members are aware that Government of India while agreeing to infuse additional capital to Ten  Banks , which according to certain parameters,  have not been performing well, has advised such Banks as under.

    ]]>         <![CDATA[Over Time Payment for the period of Demonetisation]]> We have taken note of -

    1.      Some Zones have paid over time for more hours for working on 12th and 13th November while rest have paid limiting it to 61/2 and 7 hours .

    2.      Under written or oral instructions of Head Office, recovery is made or attempted in some Zones where the payment is made more than 61/2 and 7 hours.

    3.      HO has not till date considered payment of over time for actual hours of work for all days including on 12th & 13th November, 2016.

    4.      Some Banks have paid over time for all days though for not actual hours worked

    5.      Some banks are still silent (like our bank) about payment of over time for other days ( other than 12th and 13th November, 2016).
