1. As one time measure, all employees are advised to claim their reimbursement as per extant guidelines of the bank with their Branches with a copy marked to their Zonal Offices & Head Office, Personnel Services Department on email id ho.esw@ucobank.co.in in respect of different Staff Welfare Schemes for the Financial Year ended on 31.03.2016 by 22^nd October 2016.
2. Zonal Offices will submit consolidated claim amount pertaining to 31.03.2016 to Head Office, Personnel Services Department on email id ho.esw@ucobank.co.in on 24^th October 2016 necessarily.

Failing which no claim will be entertained for the Financial Year ended on 31.03.2016.
