Comrades will be happy to note that bank is going to increase medical insurance cover for retirees. We enclosing herewith the form for medical insurance . All the comrades advised to fill this form and send to Personnel Service Dept. UCO Bank ,Head Office-II, Salt Lake Kolkata So that all the comrades are covered under medical insurance. Demands relating to retirees of the Bank’s held on 25th May,2015 Mumbai. Our Bank has also issued Cir No.CHO/PMG/32/2015-16 dated 08/10/2015.

All The Branches Heads officer and Employees are requested to inform the retired employees about this scheme and to fill Willingness/consent/Authorization letter to join in the Medical Subject Insurance scheme as per 10th Bipartite Settlement/ Joint Note dated 25th May, 2015.
