“Units are aware that UFBU has given its call for All India Bank Strike on our demands for immediate wage revision and to stop the banking sector reforms. Since 19th December happens to be a holiday in a few places, it has been decided that the Strike will be observed on 18th December, 2013.

Units are requested to inform our branch units and members about the change of date.   Since most of our leaders and large number of our members would be in Delhi to participate in the Parliament Morcha programme on 11th and 12th December, 2013 and hence would be away from their respective places during next week, all care should be taken to ensure that the strike call reaches all our members so that the strike is implemented successfully.
