Need help re Money withdrawn from my Pension a/c.

I requested to Cancel the Medical Insurance policy along with mailing out the Paper copy to Head Office and dropping one paper copy to Nadiad Branch requesting to make sure 'NO Money is withdrawn' for Premium of the Medical policy.

I noticed that even after my numerous requests and attempts (email, paper copy etc as mentioned above) .. money has been withdrawn from my Pension account without my consent, I need your help to Repatriate the money withdrawn.

My PFM No. is 14324. So far I have not received the Health Card, eventhough, the premium amounting to Rs.16028 has been debitted from my pension account with Uco Bank Willingdon Island Branch on 31.10.2016. Please expedite despatch of the health cards for self as well as for my spouce Smt.Chandrika Rajan.

I have given letter to base Branch sitabuldi (0296) Nagpur for stop deduction of mediclaim
insurance premium from my pension account 02960100010364 on 20/10/2017 They forwarded it to
head office for compliance.But head office forcefully deducted Rs.16443/- from my pension
account on 30/10/2017.I am not willing to continue mediclaim insurance policy onward .Please
reimburse amount of Rs.16443/- at the earliest.
